Andrea Ordanini, director of the marketing department of the Bocconi University in Milan and author of a research on the use of in-store radio in Italy, recently conducted a study that demonstrates how in-store music can increase the average receipt from 2% to 10%.

This is true, however, only if the choice of music goes hand in hand with what is needed to improve business results.
